Mission Statement:
"The Caring Place, Inc. is a non-profit community organization dedicated to promoting wellness and enhancing life for adults who require assistance in the activities of daily living."
The Caring Place, Inc. fulfills its mission through two programs:
Adult Day Services for frail elderly people
Meals on Wheels for homebound people, especially those with special dietary needs.
Together these programs strive to enable people to remain as independent as possible when time and circumstances have made dependence on others a way of life.
The Caring Place is a non-profit corporation, licensed by the State of Wisconsin, and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. It is one of the 37 agencies of United Way in Waukesha County.
